Kyiv International University is a private university in Kyiv, Ukraine founded in 1994. Originally it was called the International Institute of Linguistics and Law, and in 2002 was renamed Kyiv International University. Today KIU has nearly 5000 students. The academic staff of KIU includes 65 Doctors of Sciences, Professors, 148 Candidates of Sciences, Associate Professors.

One of the principal areas of the Kyiv International University’s activities involves the development of all types of international cooperation, its integration into the international community of universities in the framework of the Bologna process and European integration.

The students have the possibility for professional realization in Ukraine and in the European Union due to the collaboration of Kyiv International university with the University in Dabrowa Górnicza (WSB University, Poland), Institute of Professions of Business and Trade (IPAC, France), Sopot Higher School (SSW, Poland), Katowice School of Economics (GWSH, Poland), Higher School of Information Systems Management (ISMA, Latvia).
